Track-4 Features

• Systems contain all necessary mounting brackets and hardware, and even come with stainless steel braided hoses where required.
• Early domestic Muscle Car applications also include 6061-t6 billet aluminum hubs, pre-packed in Redline synthetic grease for a mess free installation!
• All components meet DOT specifications and are street legal in all 50 states.
• The 6-bolt architecture of the T-series two-piece caliper body produces an incredibly stiff caliper, netting incredible power and control!
• Stainless steel pad abutments which can be easily serviced when replacing the pads also serve as anti-rattle/noise shims.
• Track-4 systems are Street and Track ready and include Baer’s DecelaPad brand, Ceramic compound brake pad, offering quiet, low dust operation, with thermal stability up to 1385 deg. F!
• Pads are the same fitment as found on 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro (FMSI #D749). Never again will you be left stranded because you couldn’t find pads! It also means that you will no longer be “locked in” to an undesirable pad compound simply because replacement pads are only available from the caliper manufacturer!
• Features internal fluid transfer passages and are bolted together from the back half of the caliper. This arrangement makes the exterior of the T-series ultra clean with no externally visible crossovers or bleeder.
• Since there is only a single bleeder, located on the inner half of the caliper, the T4 calipers bleed quickly and easily.

Designed to fit 64-72 Chevelle, El Camino, Monte Carlo, Cutlass and GTO; 67-69 Camaro, Firebird and Trans Am; and 68-74 Nova and Ventura's as well as any other early A, F and X body GM cars of the same year ranges. Utilizing Baer's newest 4-piston caliper, the S4 mated to 11" diameter, slotted, drilled and zinc plated, vented - 2 piece rotors, the SS4+ packs a lot of punch in a system designed to fit in 14" and 15" wheels. This system is perfectly suited for "RestoMod", Drag Racing, Street-Strip and other popular applications where 14" and 15" diameter wheels are preferred.

SS4+ systems comes with everything needed for installation including vehicle specific stainless steel braided brake hoses; billet aluminum hubs with bearings and seals, pre-installed - packed in Redline synthetic grease and all necessary mounting hardware.

And as with all of Baer's brake systems, these systems are meant to be driven on the track and on the street! Unlike Baer's competitors, you will never see a disclaimer on the box stating "Not for Street Use". The S4 calipers used in the SS4+ systems have pad anti-rattle clips, dust and weather seals and are fully DOT (Department of Transportation) compliant. SS4+ systems also utilize vented rotors instead of "solid" disc's for proper cooling and maximum fade resistance whether "On-Track" or Cruisin' the Boulevard! Track width remains unchanged as well. This means stock wheel off-sets and suspension geometry are maintained. (0 Offset Kit)
