Combining three very popular functions, the new Dakota Digital PAC-1300 offers automatic headlight control, dome light control, and retained accessory power! Similar to some features found in several new production vehicles, the PAC-1300 will activate the vehicle’s headlights in low ambient light conditions and turn off the headlights as those conditions are increased to a safe level. This new revolutionary unit will leave the headlights on for a user selectable time as the vehicle is exited to safely light your path.

 

The PAC-1300 also contains a user selectable time delay on the dome light after closing a door, or turning off the key. Instead of abruptly turning on and off, the PAC-1300 adds a smooth fade on and off operation to your existing dome light. The PAC-1300 also keeps your vehicle’s accessories active until a door is opened after the ignition key has been turned off! The PAC-1300 provides up to 20 minutes of “key off” operation, giving the user complete control of the power windows, radio, or any other vehicle accessory.

 

Also included is a unique voltage monitoring system. This function will shut down the vehicle’s lights and accessories if a lower than normal voltage condition is seen, keeping the battery charged for starting the engine.

The PAC-2700 was designed for the ultimate in flexibility, and to be a simple add-on in any application using an electric fan. Included is a 70amp relay, enough for even the most power hungry of cooling fans. Fully programmable, the PAC-2700 will work with many existing electronic water temp gauges which indicate a numerical temperature reading (as opposed to " Cold, Normal, Hot", etc), operating from the single-wire temperature sending unit already installed. A dedicated sending unit can also be installed.

The PAC-2700 features fully programmable “fan on” and “fan off” temperatures to suit any application or personal preferences. The PAC-2700 has the capability to leave the electric fan operating after the engine has been shut down for a user adjustable time. The PAC-2700 offers a full digital LED readout for displaying temperature readings and maintaining simple installation.

Box measures 3" wide, 2.75" high, 1" thick. Mounting is recommended inside the cab of the vehicle or an alternate dry environment.

Fan Temperature Selection Range: 150F- 250F

**The use of a second relay RLY-1 (0-30 amp) or RLY-3 (0-70 amp)(not included) will be required for dual fan or two speed fan operation.

For vehicles with electronic speedometers, or for use with Dakota Digital instruments - Includes electric servo, mounting hardware, wiring harness, and choice of control handle. Compatible with 2,000 to 40,000 pulse per mile (PPM) speed signals. (Dakota Digital instruments use 8,000 ppm signals).

No vacuum needed for easy installation.

The BIM-01-1 ODBII Interface allows you to plug directly into the engine diagnostic port, extracting engine data from the ODBII computer (ECU). The BIM-01-1 will output the following information to Dakota Digital Instrument Systems *:

• Speed
• Tachometer
• Engine Temp
• Intake Air Temp (if data is available)
• Transmission Temp (if data is available)
• Ambient Air Temp (if data is available)
• Gear Position (if data is available)

Speedometer, Tachometer and Engine Temperature data are standard and always available to the BIM-01-1.
Due to the various factory and modified ECM's, additional data (Intake Temperature, Transmission Temperature, Ambient Air Temperature and Gear Position) may also be available, but will vary from application to application. Dakota Digital cannot guarantee the precence or accuracy of the Intake Temperature, Transmission Temperature, Ambient Air Temperature or Gear Position displays since this is a function of the ECM and matching functional sensors.

Because the BIM-01-1 is decoding the information supplied from the ECM, it is assumed that this information is complete and accurate. Dakota Digital instrument systems will provide a /-25% cibration to compensate for tire size or gear changes which have affected the speedometer output. Also, because the BIM-01-1 will display the information supplied by the ECM, it is crucial that the ECM has a complete set of OEM functioning sensors.

The BIM-03-1 is a multi-pressure module that allows you to add up to 3 additional pressure readings to your VFD3 (rev G) or VHX gauges. The BIM-03-1 utilizes Solid State Pressure senders to give you phenomenal accuracy (*see resolutions in the chart below).

The BIM-04-1 is a multi-Temperature module that allows you to add up to 3 additional temperature readings to your VFD3 (rev G) or VHX gauges. The BIM-04-1 utilizes Ground Isolated senders for easy installation without the headache of engine grounding.

For Ford Flathead motors there is a special option that allows the system to display the highest temperature reading in the main display at all times. The lowest temperature reading will display in the information center.

The Dakota Digital BIM-13-1 Wide Band Air/Fuel ratio monitor allows you to display the reading from almost any aftermarket wide band controller system. User-programmable to display in either as an air/fuel ratio or lambda display.

The BIM-13-1 is able to scale its output for use with nearly any Air/Fuel Controller available with a 0-5V output. Common brands of aftermarket Air/Fuel Controllers include Innovate Motorsports, NGK, FAST and AEM among others.

The Dakota Digital Air Temperature Module BIM-14-1 allows you to monitor up to 3 Air Temperature readings: Outside, Inside and Air Intake.

The Dakota Digital BIM-17-1 module makes it easy to install a 8 direction Compass and Outside Air Temperature without installing another gauge in your vehicle. Senders and mounting hardware included.

The Dakota Digital BIM-19-1 Quad Air Pressure Module allows you to monitor 2- 4 bag pressures on your air ride system. Choose between a 4 corner, left and right or front and rear pressure system. Also available tank pressure reading.
